Weekly Health Tip: Yogurt

If you're trying to slim down or even just maintain a healthier figure, turn to yogurt.

In 2007, Danish scientists in conjunction with the American Journal of Clinical Nutrition found that eating a yogurt after a meal like lunch or dinner can cut the amount of fat in your bloodstream by about 20 percent.

Dairy calcium can help prevent your body from absorbing fat. Apparently, calcium supplements do not have the same effect, so stock up on that Yoplait, Dannon, Brown Cow, Activia, and Fruit-on-the-Bottom! Deeeelish!

Greek Yogurt is also higher in protein and in my opinion better than regular! Try Chobani!
